Very Low
Minimums
The minimum total order quantity for basic t-shirts is only 300
pieces. The minimum production per style, per color is 150 pieces.
Rapid Manufacturing
Our production capacity is around 10000 basic t-shirts a day. We
can offer you the t-shirts from our stock fabrics or manufacture
to suit your needs.
Labeling
We can manufacture your labels from artwork, and insert during production
into neck seam, side seam or elsewhere.
Transit
Times
Ocean - around 5 weeks (including clearance) using regular international
ocean service.
Air – around 5/7 days (excluding clearance) using regualr
air lines.
Garment
Costs
Garments that are made from our existing patterns (stock styles)
cost the same . For all other custom garments, quotes are given
at the pre-sample stage.
Sampling
Costs
If you require us to make a sample from our style, for you in advance
of your order, the charge is US $15 per color, any one size. This
includes up to 4 garments per style.
If the sample is from your own technical spec, there is an additional
$10 charge to create your pattern. Any delivery costs incurred to
and from the factory are charged extra to your cost.
Custom Colors
Lab dips are free but only with a confirmed order. Turnaround is
15 days plus delivery. Pantone® color must be provided.
A minimum dye lot is 100 kilos. This is approximately 400 women’s
size M garments, or 300 men’s size L garments.

Mercerized
Garments
The
best of the PIMA or Egyptian cotton is imported in pure form and
or mixed with the best of the Indian cotton to have the required
quality of yarn. The yarns then gassed to remove the protruding
fibers and to make the yarn more rounded, mercerized to increase
Dye Affinity, to increase Resistance to Abrasion,to increase the
Tensile Strength, to improve Luster/sheen, to increase Dimensional
Stability and to minimize Adverse Effect of Immature or Dead Cotton
and dyed with German dyestuff.
The
required fabrics are then knitted and again sent for double mercerization
to give the more sheen, more stability, more elasticity and a luxurious
hand.
We
also do single mercerized garment, wherein the yarn is gassed fabric
is knitted and mercerized.
Then
the fabrics are carefully compacted to arrest the shrinkage and
your garments are made by the technically qualified people.
